Description
Shining golden robe, its intense fruity, flowery nose and its refreshing aromas, very straightforward and direct on the palate, as if biting into a grape. Fresh and light, 3 with a very pleasant aftertaste. Fermented partially and aged in oak – 50% of the cuvée (batonnage technique) confers to the wine a thicker structure! This is a wine to enjoy young, and yet to keep for several years… for its buttery dimension! Served at 10-12° C, alone as an aperitif or with light meat, light sauces, cheeses and seafood.
