Not the Pinot Noir you know! Adapted to the Lebanese weather and terroir, our Pinot Noir develops a thicker skin, with stronger tannins and different structure from European Pinot! A dark ruby robe, with red fruits aromas, elegantly accented by spice notes, tobacco… Oak aging adds a hint of vanilla and a soft, toasty finish. Recommended serving temperature between 18 °C and 20 °C. Ageing potential 5 to 7 years to enjoy the best its character. Therefore, it is a must to try to discover these unusual expressions… Delicious with herb-roasted chicken, baked ham, mild cheeses and tapas.
