A great empyreumatic nose (smoked), golden straw robe, scrumptious, a unique palate, rich and elegant. Its creamy texture makes an excellent balance with the dry bone crispiness and the high acidity of the Assyrtiko. Full bodied with finesse, complexity and long aftertaste.
Perfect to pair with grilled seafood and fish, white cheeses. Recommended serving temperature between 10 °C and 12 °C.
