100% Pinot Noir. An exceptional rosé, very rare as a pinot base if not the unique in Lebanon! An appealing robe, beautifully fresh and vibrant, light pomegranate hues, with a blueish fringe, crispy and unwilted… Aromas of freshly picked strawberries and raspberries with fresh acidity. On the palate, medium body and consistent, reminiscent of red cherries, finishing with a crisp refreshing texture and a wonderful lasting juiciness. To serve from aperitif onward to match grilled fish and spicy sauces… Recommended serving temperature between 8 °C and 10 °C.
Enjoy with medium to bodied cheese, seafood, sushi dishes and summer salads.
